2. Purpose of the service

RTOLearnersTest provides practice material for the Indian learner's licence theory test. All questions are original practice samples based on Indian traffic rules, road signs and safe-driving principles. We do not represent any government authority and we do not guarantee that our content matches the exam format of any particular state or of any particular date.

3. No official status

Practice scores, results and percentages shown here are for self-assessment only. They are not official RTO examination results and have no legal effect.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the platform for personal learning.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively or misrepresent the service.
  • Do not present our content as official government material.

5. Intellectual property

The question bank, explanations, translations and interface are original content. Traffic-sign drawings are based on public-domain government works (standard Indian road sign drawings). The RTOLearnersTest name and logo belong to this project.
