About
RTOLearnersTest is an independent, free practice platform for people preparing for the Indian Regional Transport Office (RTO) learner's licence computer test. Our aim is simple: help you walk into the exam hall calm, familiar with the format, and confident about Indian traffic rules and road signs.
What we offer
- Timed mock exams that follow the common RTO computer-test format (20 questions, 60 seconds per question, 12 to pass).
- An untimed practice mode with instant feedback and a plain-language explanation for every answer.
- A full gallery of Indian traffic signs — mandatory, cautionary and informatory — with meanings in nine languages.
- Automatic revision of the questions you get wrong, and bookmarking for questions you want to study later.
Languages
English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali and Gujarati. Where a translation is not yet available, the question is clearly shown in English with a note — we never show blank content.
Our content standards
All questions are original practice samples written around Indian traffic rules, road signs and safe-driving principles (Motor Vehicles Act themes). We do not claim to reproduce any official question bank, and we do not present unverified content as legal guidance. Exam formats vary between states — always confirm the exact format with your local RTO.
Independence
RTOLearnersTest is not affiliated with any government body. For official services — applying for a licence, booking slots, paying fees — always use the official Parivahan Sewa portal.
